About the Business
We pride ourselves on a personal 24 hour service (unique in this area). We see our own clients at our own premises out of hours if they have emergencies needing attention. We also make sure that there is someone close at hand whenever we have animals staying in the hospital.
At Churchcroft we promote preventative medicine and will advise on vaccination, diet, training and exercise. Our nursing staff will happily answer routine queries; please feel free to drop in to discuss any issues or even just to pop your pooch on our scales!
Churchcroft is accessible by wheelchair, we have step-free access to the waiting and consulting rooms. We are also happy to communicate by email to support our clients with communication difficulties. Clients with hearing or speech problems are welcome to bring a friend or relative to help explain anything or to be an extra pair of ears.
