Stroud, GloucestershireLast week we sadly had to have our aged cat put down at Clochhouse Vets. The staff did a wonderful job. There was a special quiet room to be with our cat furnished with a towel for her to sit on, a jar of treats, pictures and a lovely poem to read. There was no rush and the vet was very sympathetic and gentle from start to finish. We had a thoughtful discussion about the age and condition of our cat and an understanding that this was a difficult, but correct decision to make. We did not feel embarrassed or stressed by the staff. Thank you for everything Clockhouse.
