We are here to look after your pets and you and will provide the highest level of care for your pets as well as excellent personal customer service for you. One of our principles is to always do whatwe say - if we promise to call, we will! You will get written, tailored treatment plans designed specifically for you and your pet's needs. In addition to the vets we have highly trained and skilled, qualified nurses led by Sarah Sonley, as well as a team of dedicated receptionists led by Sarah Miller.
We are a friendly and caring practice that treat Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Birds, Reptiles, Rodents, non Venomous Snakes and other Exotic Animals. Somebody told us that we ought to have a SandholeVeterinary Centre 'mission statement', setting out how and why we do what we do. Something to help us stand out from the other practices out there. Because not every vet, or every practice, is the same.

Our practice was established roughly 100 years ago. It moved to various locations throughout the years before we settled in Weavering and had our hospital purpose built in 1990. Throughout itsimpressive history our practice has undergone considerable development to become the impeccable service we have to offer today. It was originally a mixed animal practice (farm animals, horses and domestic pets). We have 4 highly experienced and exceptionally skilled directors who run our small animal practice.
Neil and Jacqui Pennefather acquired the long established family run practice in March 2007, when Mr Roger Birchall retired. We are an independent, sole vet, family run practice in Maidstone. Day time cases can behospitalized but if this is required overnight they need to be transferred to PETS at Newnham Court, who cover out of hours for most local practices.
