Blenheim Veterinary Centre has been providing veterinary care in the market town of Ashbourne, and surrounding areas of Derbyshire since 1st July 2002. We are a thriving mixed practice - catering fornot only domestic species such as cats and dogs, but also horses and a large variety of farm animals.
We are a professional, caring, friendly team of 8 veterinary surgeons, 10 registered veterinary nurses, 3 trainee veterinary nurses and 11 support staff. Our aim is to provide the best possible carefor your pets. All of our vets do 'general practice' work, but also have further interests in more specific areas. Nick Pine's main areas of interest are medical cases, abdominal ultrasound scanning and endoscopy including laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery.
We have a large car park with CCTV monitoring (not that the monitoring is ever needed!) and practically every bus in Belper passes our door. We have a second small, quiet waiting room for nervousanimals and their owners; and full hospitalisation and surgical facilities. But most importantly we have friendly, cheerful staff who have been with us for many years. We are the longest established vets in Belper, having been here since 1953.
We are qualified in veterinary medicine. If you have any concerns or problems with your pet or you need to ask us any questions then contact us or make an appointment with us. We also offer nursesconsults during the consultation times where you can get advice on all preventative healthcare as well as nutrition and behavioural issues.
We are now settled in our new home on Turner Road, in Worksop. We hope you will come and visit us! Our practice was established over a hundred years ago, and despite the move, which has enabled us tooffer state of the art veterinary care, our customer service remains unwaveringly personal and considerate. We now offer 24 hour on site cover for your pets, both for emergencies that may occur outside opening hours, and to care for any pets that may need to stay with us overnight.
